"Can I give it a 10 out of 5? We came here for my birthday dinner after hearing positive things about the place and were not in ANY way disappointed. The wait staff were attentive and kind, and the Owner/Chef came by to introduce himself and chat for a bit. It was clear that there is intention behind every choice he made with this place. We had the best pork bao buns we've ever had, amazing Korean tacos, mushroom yaki soba, and the most flavorful steak frites I've ever tasted. They even brought us a complimentary birthday desert, which was an out of this world caramel lava cake with ice cream. We walked away extremely happy and will definitely be back for dinner or just drinks and tapas. Well done Sala Restobar!"

"Went for dine out Boston and wanted to try this place out. Absolutely amazing. Food, drinks, and staff was wonderful. Didn’t get to take much pictures of everything because we were excited to eat. Highlights of our meal was the cheeseburger Bao with the foie gras side sauce. Chefs kiss. Wednesdays they have $1 Oysters. I’m not a huge dessert person but the chocolate cake with the hazelnut mousse was out of this world! At the end of our meal, chef Alex came by and thanked us for coming and we chatted for a few. That made this experience extra special and he really values his customers. Our waitress/hostess provided the best service (didn’t get her name) and made us feel comfortable. We were full to the max but when we got the bill, she gave us two chocolates from Harbor Sweets. Definitely will be back."

"Chef Alex and his team are fantastic. Every time I've eaten here..never disappointed. Food is tremendous and different. Chef/Owner goes out of his way to ensure everyone has a good meal. The fact they just added dollar oysters on Wednesdays make it even thT much better now. Bartender, she is great as well. Drinks are strong and delicious. Will be back many more times"

"Had the best brunch! The sausage and biscuits and bao buns.. WOW. The drinks were also so good. I can’t wait to come back for dinner and try more of their delicious food. We also got cute chocolates made by the owners mom after our meal. It was such a good touch. Thank you!"
