Yankee Lobster

"I absolutely loved it here. I’m a big fan of lobster rolls & I was in search of the greatest. Ran into this place & the flavor was very authentic. They definitely weren’t shy about how much meat goes on it. Really good fries to accompany it as well. Cherry on top was the service as well. Definitely would come back! (Had it as take out and was still just as hot when I arrived at my hotel)"

"(From a New Yorker)….I try lobster rolls everywhere I go. I had the hot and cold rolls from Yankee two years ago, and have been telling everyone since that it’s been my favorite. I wondering if I played it up in my mind….so I had to go back and have it again. And it was probably better the second time around! More pricey than others BUT you really get a ton of amazing quality lobster meat. It’s the only roll that I’ve had that actually makes me feel full. Kudos to Yankee lobster! We actually drove to and from Long Island today just to eat there. Almost home….."

"The lobster roll is very good, served with a massive portion of fries at a decent price. While it’s not the best lobster roll I’ve ever tried, it’s definitely worth it. The clam chowder is also a great choice, not as salty as the West Coast versions and comes with a small pack of oyster crackers. I’d love to have it again. One thing I noticed was the presence of tissues blowing around in front of the restaurant. I understand they have outdoor seating, but the location is quite windy, causing tissues to scatter on the sidewalk. I hope they can come up with a solution for this."

"Outstanding seafood location with exceptionally fresh seafood, generous food portions, and excellent customer service. I ordered the fisherman’s platter and was blown away with the massive portion of mixed seafood that came with the platter. The portion was easily enough to feed two people but as per usual I did finish the entire plate. This was probably the best seafood platter I’ve had anywhere. There is some limited indoor seating and also an open air outdoor section that is covered. A wide selection of craft beers can be found along with fresh seafood to purchase. If you are traveling to Boston you need to go a bit out of your way into the seaport district to try this restaurant for you surely won’t be disappointed."
