Wendy's

"I'm a manger at a restaurant don't get home till late and the only thing open is Wendy's. I never put in complaints because I understand how it can be. With that said this place is trash! The only reason I keep ordering is because I hate McDonald and love the nuggets at Wendy's, if they get it right. Never and I mean never do they get a order right there is always something missing, forget getting straws or dip sauce. At this point I feel like it's on purpose and if it's not they shouldn't have a job. Real shame. Tonight set me off because we ordered the 10 piece Nugget meal with bbq sauce and a Dr pepper, and the Biggie bag with Dr pepper and 4 piece nuggets. In the bag 3 lg fries a chicken sandwich and the double buger, that's it. No straw, no sauce, and no nuggets. Just a horrible place."

"I’ve ordered from this location as it is the only one open at the time I get out of work and I am always disappointed. The location takes hours to get to my dasher and my dasher changes about three times before my order gets delivered or cancelled. The services for delivery is horrible due to the Wendy’s workers either not wanting to do their job and completing their orders or just waiting until it’s late enough to cancel your order.In the time that I do receive my order the food quality is horrible. The service here is terrible and honestly seeing the reviews of other customers, this location should be taken up with corporate and shut down. If the business cannot simply do their jobs why stay open"

"I've ordered numerous times from here and recently it's more of a joke. Twice I've ordered breakfast baconators and twice I've gotten something completely wrong. Today I got two biscuits with one egg on each over salted. What a disaster they are. Don't go here. Worst thing is that I love Wendy's but I'm not going back"

"This Wendy’s is trash!! I’m here at the drive thru waited ten minutes line never moved. So I figured ok I’ll go inside since I notice there’s no line, as soon as I got there lady tells me ” The cashier is in the bathroom, there’s no one to take your order unless you want to wait until she’s finish and we don’t know how long she’ll be in there for. So I waited she never came out and guess who’s back at the drive thru. I finally ordered after waiting for so long, there was no lemonade of course. UPDATE: by the time I got my food I guess the manager or whoever the guy was must had time to quickly read my review .. He tried to check me at the drive thru.. and he said “ I remember you were just in here and you were not waiting ten minutes and whispered that’s all you all are good for..” I’m assuming he said that pertaining to my review.Then he tried to apologize for the service after smh.. Well if you’re reading this again do a better job and stop letting the other employees chill at the window and please clean that dirty drive thru window and that nasty looking lemonade machine since you like to read reviews."

"I’m usually not a breakfast fan anywhere, but I ordered the #1 and I loved it!!! The Potato Wedges are delicious. Nice, light, seasoned well, and crispy. And the Honey Butter Chicken Croissant with the Bacon is also pretty delicious. The croissant bread is soft and fresh with a light toast to it. And the chicken patty is good quality, and also crispy, but juicy on the inside. The bacon was also well done and didn’t have to mention it. Please keep this breakfast option available, it’s a Great Value!… my mother also got a hot coffee with cream and it smelled amazing across the table from me. She said it was also yummy!!"
