"2 instances of the older lady with glasses at night being super rude for no reason... first time she treated me rudely while cashing a lottery ticket and told me to scratch the code at the bottom myself. 2nd time on New Years Eve tonight ignored me the whole time I was searching the store for something- tried to ask a question and she rudely told me she was on the phone. She seemed like she was starting to question what my question was so when I went to repeat it she doubled down about how she was on the phone about the system and basically told me to shut up with her mannerisms and how rude she was about it. I gave up and threw the cookies for my kid on the counter and told her "you know what? Nevermind" glad I didn't blow $100 on lottery and then some for soda and new years snacks- took my business elsewhere."

"The african american lady that works overnight is very disrespectful and condescending to other employees. Instead of what i believe to management handing and reslove the matter appropriately, they choose to be bias and side with her. Had to reach out to corporate for them to handle the matter. We as customer serivce reps have to handle alot when we deal with customers but at no time should we have to deal with it from other memebers of staff!"

"Waiting more then 36 hours so far for a release on my card of $100 for cancelling a transaction at their broken gas pump. Talked to rude owner who doesn't care and my bank as well who said it's on the merchant. Will never use this or any Shell station again."
