"Purchased holiday cookies from CVS Pharmacy. They were extremely oxidized. Exp. date May 2024. Good thing it was not a gift to someone. What a waste of money. It went in the trash."

"So about a month a go my son went and bought a bubble gum sucker from the local cub foods and while trying to enjoy his candy he finds a piece of metal sticking out of it and its just the edge of it so i am sure the piece of metal is a lot bigger than it looks. So i called and left a message a rep from gourmet calls a nd she tells me she will send a return box and a few suckers for are inconvenience, Well i haven't heard from them since so who or what food agency do i send the sucker and to report them for dangerous food ?"

"Placed a very time sensitive order (for an event) because the checkout paid showed shipping as 1 business day. When the package did not arrive, I emailed twice and didn't receive a reply. I finally found a phone number to phone (6 days after the order was placed) and was told it wasn't shipped yet. The woman non-sincerely apologized and gave a bs excuse about shipping delays due to covid. It's been almost 2 years, that's not an excuse anymore. Businesses have learned to adapt. At the very least, give the customer a heads up. And if that's too much to ask, at the VERY MINIMUM answer your emails."

"This CHristmas,I happened to come across one of your,holiday Christmas cookie tins.. How lucky was I? The exterior of the tin was adorable. It was labeled Holiday Musical Tin and decorated with darling characters and in the shape of a house with wreaths,lanterns and lights. I hadnt notuced at first rhat the lights would light up and the tin was musical. What a treat! It played "Silent Night" and the best part was the cookies were delicious. Had I known how wonderful this tin would be I would have purchased more. Thank u so much for making such a simple gift become such a delightful gift!!!"
