"First time at this location and the establishment excelled at disappointing us. Granted they are busy on a Friday but that should not mean you serve undercooked veggie burgers and forget to grill the cheese in a grilled cheese sandwich. Overall, prices are pretty steep and my appeal to the fellow Wellesley crowd to question the value around the quality/service at this location"
"The cheesie bacon fries are great!!! The chocolate salted caramel mini shake was surprisingly tasty. We waited over 5 minutes for our food but it was so worth it that we’re coming back."
"This was my first time at a Shake Shack and I was quite disappointed. I got the chocolate shake and assumed by their name they would be really good. The shake was mediocre and didn’t have a rich chocolate flavor and wasn’t very thick. I would drink one again, but would not pay for one again. The texture and flavor was similar to a Frosty which is significantly less expensive. To be fair I didn’t try the other food, but I would expect their shakes to be great."
