"I previously bought a carrier and soft armor package from this business. They failed to disclose the date of manufacturer was well beyond the expiration date warranty coverage window. I have now bought 2 plate carriers from them which I am also dissatisfied with. The sale coupon code didn't work so I had to message customer service. Now that I have the products I can say they are a very low quality and not even worth the $60 that they cost with the discount code. The shoulder pad pieces are poorly sewn so they are not symmetrical. The shoulder straps which pass through the quick disconnect buckles have added thickness from the velcro for where the pads attach which will not fit through the slots on the buckles so you have limited range of adjustment and the ballistic inserts may not be able to cover vital areas. The velcro style closures seem to be of low quality and more difficult to open than from other manufacturers. The hook in the cummerbund also does not match up with the loop side so you can have wear through on the areas where the abrasive hook fabric contacts the carrier body. The plate bags are almost 3 inches deep so you can have lots of flopping around and unnecessary movement of the ballistic inserts. This may cause some users to feel discomfort from the built-in padding which is not all that comfortable causing hot spots when under load of the armor. The shoulder area sewn in padding also was uncomfortable just by itself let alone when trying to shoulder a long gun."
