"I had an issue when trying to get an equipment return credit from Verizon for a home internet box I purchased and then returned. (I had returned the box directly to the store but apparently it had not been logged in and after a couple calls to the billing department, I could not get the issue resolved on my own.) I went to the Halifax store for help and Isaac, the new store manager, went above and beyond to help clear up the box return / credit issue. He stayed an hour after the store closed on the phone with me and a Verizon agent to resolve the issue and got the credit to my account. He was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.
