"We have been visiting this store for many years and only work with Jeff now. Out of everyone we have worked with he has been the most upfront and honest to talk to. Doesn't always try to have us spend money but makes sure we are happy and have what we need. He always greets us with a smile and is happy to help us even if we just have stupid questions. We will send our friends here instead of Dartmouth or any of the other stores just for that kind of experience."

"Lance was incredible, he transferred all My data and was incredibly kind, giving me the best deals and saved me a small fortune. I would recommend going to this store if you are in need of assistance. Do yourself a favor and ask for lance"

"Jeff was great today. Made things easy for us getting new phones. We have seen other people at this store before but this was a more pleasant experience. I don't like how Verizon has all these fees to get a new phone but at least we got a good deal on them."

"This March I visited the Fairhaven Verizon store. It wasn’t my intention to purchase new phones as I was looking to get some accessories for my current phones. Jeff helped my wife and I and told us about the switch and save rebates. He did everything he could to offer us savings with the purchase of 4 new phones as well as 2 iPads. The transaction went very well and we are both pleased with everything that we have purchased so far. The one and only complaint, which is why I rated the store with 1 star, is because all of my rebates were denied. The reason for the rebates being denied was because that particular store does not qualify for the switch and save rebate. I spoke to Jeff about it. He said he would look into it, that was a week ago.At this point, I haven’t received any calls from him. I asked for the managers name and number and was told that information is confidential. I’ve never heard that before. I’m hoping that this review will prompt a call from either the manager or Jeff so we can resolve this situation. I’m hoping I can change this review to 5 stars."

I was able to get assistance with all of my lines, solve some trouble I've been having with my account, and work out a way to finally afford a new phone. A sincere thank you to the associate Jeff for his thoroughness, patience, and kindness throughout the entire transaction.
