He was a real problem solver who thought outside of the box to quickly find a solution to my problem that exceeded my expectations. The store manager even joined the conversation to attempt to help. All through my experience there, they demonstrated that my problem was their priority. Joel even went above and beyond when he drove to another store to get what I needed rather than making me wait for shipping. I have been with Verizon for 16 yrs with dwindling coverage and speeds, yet, never have I experienced this level of friendly professional service. My cell phones will be converted to T-MOBILE ASAP."

"I went to add one line, they added 3. When I came back after noticing the quadrupled bill after two weeks to see what the problem was, they said I had to come back on a day the sales rep worked and if he admitted fault they could fix it, otherwise he may have sold me something I didn’t need and it is what it is. Ending up getting it fixed on the phone with customer service."

"Came in to the store on Monday looking for a phone for my son . We have been a T-Mobile customer for 15 year . Ask the girl about promotions she asked us what was our plan and then she looked it up by phone number said that there was nothing for us all that we could do is just finance or buy a phone up right so I was a bit disappointed I feel that we have been customers for a long time and that they only treat new customers with better promotions. I told her that I would be looking for a different cell phone service. She said oh OK you do that didn’t expect to get that answer from her. Definitely will never go back to that store. I will only communicate with customer service."
