"I am really disappointed with the service of this place. I brought my RV traveling from NJ to this place because it was supposedly the only dealer, on the area, of the wakespeed controller for a second alternator. Unfortunately, they weren't able to fix anything, but they charged me almost $900 with the promise of sending me an upgrade program for the controller, arguing that they're trying to contact Dragonfly, but they didn't answer. Curiously, I call them, and they answer right a way. When I ask Dragonfly if Cay Electronics contact them, they say no. I contacted Cay Electronics many times, looking for the program, and every time, they didn't have an answer. I should know they were a joke from the beginning. When I ask them if they can connect to 175 w solar panels in series and the another two 175 w in series and later connect this two in parallel, the answer was that I need one solar charger for every solar panel. Yes, I know, that will be optimal, but we all know that's not realistic. I don't know if they are to leacy or they don't know what they are talking about. My suggestion, stay away from this place."
