The 3rd (I will add his name later) seemed to get obviously frustrated and made smart remarks when aiming to solve problems. Even, talking-down-to and attempting to reprimand or correct a co-worker in front of me. Overall, I will return, preferably, being served by guys 1&2."

"After being a loyal tmobile customer for the last decade I came into this store twice in the past week and experienced poor customer service. The employees were just sitting around on their phones the first time and couldn't help me troubleshoot the problem for me. They barely even looked up at the customers as they walked in. The second time was busier but all of the employees could have cared less and acted like I was burdening them by being there. I walked out and drove across to at&t and switched providers. My cell service has never been this good. In places where my calls would drop or I couldn't send texts with tmobile, suddenly I have cell service everywhere!"
