"I purchased this product specifically for my work-from-home position, but unfortunately, its lifespan was only four months. I was incredibly disappointed because I couldn't log in to my new job. I reached out to the seller and of course, it was like communicating with a corpse. No, I take that back, even a corpse would have been more responsive. The seller suggested I change the battery, but here's the thing, Mr. Seller: if it were just the battery, why does it briefly power on and then shut off? To cover all bases and ease my doubts, I decided to open it up and test the battery. ( the back was missing screws) When I opened the back of the laptop to test the battery, we were shocked to find a mess of wires that were taped. Mr seller, why are the wires taped with shipping tape? Have you ever heard of electric tape? They sell it at Dollar Tree, which is a good choice in case you are short of funds from issuing refunds for selling trashy products. As I suspected, the battery was fine. In fact, my son uses the same laptop brand for his job. We also tested the power cord, and that wasn't the issue either. It's astonishing that the laptop managed to even function for 4 months. Mr. Seller, your products are garbage. Buyers should be cautious of purchasing this seller’s products!"
"Seems pretty shady. Ordered a laptop through Back Market that was “refurbished” by this company and advertised as in “excellent condition” and was charged for such. (You can pay for Fair, Good, or Excellent condition) I received my laptop in awful condition, not physically - but it wasn’t formatted whatsoever, with quite a few sketchy administrative profiles left on it. I just don’t want anyone to pay for what I did - no one deserves that."
