"I want to share my exceptional experience with Helen, a manager at the Braintree Apple Store, and give her a well-deserved 5-star review. I initially visited the Apple Store to get my screen repaired using AppleCare. After an hour and a half, an Apple representative informed me that they couldn't find a screen that fit my phone and had discovered additional damage while working on it. I found this situation quite strange. They offered two options: 1) Leave my phone for a week for repair and receive a loaner phone with 64GB of storage, whereas my phone has 1TB. I found this unacceptable and decided to take my phone back, as it was functioning perfectly before the repair attempt. I opted to wait for a replacement, which would take a week. The experience was further marred by an unpleasant interaction with a rude assistant manager, whose name I don't remember but who seemed to be an Asian male. If you encounter this person, I recommend seeking assistance from someone else. After leaving the store with my broken screen, my phone began to overheat to the point of burning my face. I contacted Apple Support and spoke with a senior manager, who informed me of misleading notes on my case file, including claims that my phone was "dangerous to use" due to the broken screen and camera—issues I never discussed. I returned to the Apple Store that evening and requested to speak with a manager. That’s when I met Helen. She listened attentively to my concerns and immediately promised to find a resolution. Helen spoke privately with the original representative and determined that a different solution was needed. She assured me she would work on a better and faster resolution. Helen went above and beyond by locating an exact replacement phone at another store, personally retrieving it the next day, and bringing it to the Braintree location. She also arranged for my phone to be set up and even waived all the fees. Her dedication, respectfulness, and willingness to help were truly outstanding. Helen's exceptional service turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. I am incredibly grateful for her assistance and highly recommend her for her professionalism and kindness. I wish there were more people like her in the world. She really made a HUGE difference for me and I appreciate it so much. THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH HELEN!"
"Very serious racial discrimination, the service attitude is very bad, I waited there for almost an hour and no one came to serve me. Finally, a young and dark guy came. I was going to buy a mobile phone, but the screen had problems and I returned it. He just shut down my old phone. Later, I went to the manager but nothing was solved. The next day, I went to the mobile phone store to open a new card, and then the phone could be used. I will never go to the Apple store again in my life. Even the manager's attitude is very bad."
"So for 3 days I was back n forth but the clerks were so helpful but I got a new mini and went to set up the clerk rude i was trying to say about the other ipad and how we had to reset it he was rude them manager I found out staring at me into my conversation. Ok np so I tell her and she's like u wouldn't let him talk like I did he was condescending like oh u had to put a passcode .no this is new device new apple I'd and email.no more going back these 2 are awful need to find more employees like I met the 3 days I came prior they were so delightful.And the manager on sat morning No customer service at all.Needs to be retrained."

Concerned, I called them at 2pm, as the store is a two-hour drive from my home. They assured me they could fix my iPhone's screen if that was the issue, as they had the necessary parts in stock. I arrived at the store at 6pm, an hour early, only to be told they couldn't fix the screen, despite my earlier conversation confirming they could. It felt like they were not considering my time or needs as a customer. As loyal Apple consumers, we deserve better treatment and solutions. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was denied the opportunity, with the staff suggesting that the supervisor would just repeat what had already been said. This lack of accountability and dismissive attitude towards customer concerns is unacceptable. Overall, the service I received was subpar, and I believe the store can do better in terms of customer care and providing accurate information.""
