"Came 5min early for check in and had to wait 15min past check in time to drop off my phone. Came back an hour later at 12:30 (agreed upon time) to pick up my phone and it was past due, was told to wait. Sat for 25 min and asked again when my phone would be ready. It was ready but I was not informed. I wonder how long I would have had to wait if I didn’t ask again."

"They have you book a appointment, have you sit at table for 1 hour then can’t resolve anything, tell you you have come back after they verify a serial number that is written all mover the device, why have a warranty if they can’t replace a device you need for work. It’s a complete waist of time to go to store if you need something fix might as well send it directly to apple"

"Patrick was so helpful he helped me get a new phone case and screen protector. He showed me how to look up my battery percentage and make and model of my phone. He went above and beyond. He was so knowledgeable of everything and funny. We will definitely be back and ask for Patrick next time. Thanks."

"Came for an appt yesterday and they took us quickly. Did a backup and came back. The guy who checked us in never marked us “here” so nobody came over to help us for an hour. When there were clearly many technicians there to help us. I was greeted kindly by every employee asking us if we needed anything which is a plus. Update after the appointment: nothing happened. They were very unhelpful and all around they essentially kicked us out."

"I visited the store figuring I would have to get a new iPhone to replace my iPhone 12 mini. It’s been suffering from poor connectivity to charging port and accessories. Apple tech Sana was so helpful running diagnostics and cleaning the port. Working perfectly now, all at NO CHARGE. Thank you Sana"
