"They were polite and respectful but this is the fourth time they’ve left me hanging in the wind. Got my daughter a new phone and they failed to finish setting it up before we left the store. They told us her phone was good to go but they never set up her eSIM and left hanging in the wind. Her phone is critical to her as she’s a diabetic and her phone is extremely necessary in managing her health. Very disappointed in their service."

Today I want to give 5 stars to an employee of that store , his name is Marco . finally he helped me to solve my problem. In addition, yesterday I went back to the store to buy a new phone and Marco was very kind and patient and was able to help me with the needs I had to have my new phone."
