"A virus “hijacked” my old laptop and rendered it inoperable. I called PC Max (Kevin) and he immediately knew what the virus was and gave me confidence that he could remove it from my laptop. He suggested I bring it right in that morning and he would have it back to me in the afternoon. Upon my visit, he explained in detail what he was going to do. He offered to install an MS Virus tool on the laptop as well. And, while I was there, I had him install a new fan in the laptop that was making a squealing noise. You could tell that he was a very experienced computer repair person. His fee was quite reasonable, he gave new life to my laptop … and I won’t hesitate using him again should the need arise. Thank you Kevin!"

I brought it in on Thursday afternoon and I picked it up Friday afternoon and everything was running great. He let me know up front what the cost would be.
