Reviews
"It is conveniently located connected by trails and a road to the main museum building. It's galleries host special exhibits that cannot be accommodated easily at the main galleries. Nice view from the patio where people can snack and have lunch."
"A short pleasant walk through well marked trails from the Clark Institute proper is the Stone Hill Center. This building is a much smaller exhibition space that was put to great use for a temporary exhibit. There are bathrooms and a small cafe as well. Worth the trip, even if it were a short one."
"Fabulous gallery and spot for light lunch. Great views"
"Minimalist building done by architect Tadao Ando that does justice to the gorgeous natural surroundings of the Clark Institute."
"The Stone Hill Center is a must stop when visiting the Clark Museum. It hosts special exhibits and it has a nice view of the surrounding area from the patio, which is at its best during the fall season. It is easily accessible through a footpath from the Clark Museum, or if not in the mood for walking there is a paved road to get to it and plenty of parking space."
