"Had to drive 20 mins to the Lee store, closest Spectrum store to me, because they don’t pick up the equipment I replaced. Got to the store at 2. “Closed until 3.” Though the store info online says they should be open. Yeah. Small country market, doesn’t seem like they care. Endless waits on the phone. No local number for the store to help you find out when they’re open the day you go. I could spend another $4 had to come back another time. Or wait it out. Sooo here I am having a disappointing lunch ata sub par dinner nearby while I wait. Wouldn’t a drop box for returned equipment at the store be a decent idea? I spoke with a nice elderly lady customer outside who needed a cane to get to the front door, only to find the door locked. She lives locally. Comes here often. Says the person who runs the store closes when things slow down. “It’s different every time I come here.” Yep. The corporate version of customer service I guess when you’ve got a captive subscriber base with no other options except satellite. Which is sadly subpar here in the country."

"Horrible. Woman that works at the store refused to serve me because I started knocking while she was "in the restroom" for about 15 minutes. She told me I made her uncomfortable while she was in the restroom and locked the door. She apparently puts this "be back soon" sign up very often. I suspect she's just goofing off while she should be working. This trip took 45 minutes out of my day. Completely unacceptable customer service from a garbage company."
