They do lie about alot of things ie sending notices when they really didn't ie rent increases, inspections, they'll come banging on your door and call you saying they're gonna open your door. They will harass and try their bullying tactics. Know your tenants laws."

"I found an apartment thru East End Properties on Craigslist during a time that myself, husband and two kids were homeless and had been staying in a hotel for nearly a week. We went in there and told them our situation and how desperate we were, but that our credit wasn't that great.
