"Evelyn Arnold is the most irresponsible landlord I've ever delt with. We had every issue you could think of, all plumbing backed up, old cast iron pipes, tree roots in the main line, leaking water heater undetected for at least a 6 months or maybe even the last two years. Horrible water damage and mold, a roof replacement happened 6months ago her contractor left all kinds debris and black dust in our attic, in our garage and in the yard. The dust got into the ventilation ducts and when we used the heater we all became sick! On top of that saw dust left on our heater which could of caused a fire. I've also delt with a gas leak in the past ongoing plumbing issues for years. And now air ducts are in unusable condition server rely outdated never been cleaned in years never been replaced. We can't use the heater. I've had to take some matters into my own hands after months and even three years of sending emails and pulling teeth to get her listen toy concerns. She denied every problem you tell her and acts like she is oblivious. I have doctor's appointments for me and my children 16 and 1 years old! For health concerns. I've have ongoing respiratory issues since this last winter when the roof was replaced. There have been numerous workers in and out all paid cheap rates and left me with messes to clean up. My neighbor has all the same issues if not more with rat poop in her heater area and mold. Her children have asthma too."
