"Leslie Dougherty is the absolute best broker and real estate agent there is! I wasn’t even seriously looking when I bought my first home but she knew what I wanted before I did. The second I walked into the home I said “let’s put in an offer.” This was when cash buyers ruled the market and FHA first time home buyers were being priced out.
