"Ben using this Laundromat for almost 3 and a half years now. I've had some horrible experiences, (I.E - change machine taking my 20$bill and giving me nothing in return, not being able to locate management phone number to inform, the old man John working was as helpful as the front desk ladies at the DMV. But he is there all day by himself from 5am open to close so I guess I understand his difficult behavior) I used to recommend this place because the white top loader washers used to be the cheapest around Oceanside at 2.50$ per cycle of cold small/med load. It's now 2.75$ cold small/med and of you want the soil at large or hot water it's 3$. The dryers still are a quarter for 10 min. The amount of dryers is a plus. But I don't like that you can't clean out the lint. Therefore when a dryer builds up how am I supposed to be sure that the dryers I choose will even dry my clothes in a timely/low costing manner. Kinda seems like a scam for more money to be spent on dry time. Totally used to love coming to this Laundromat but if I were a new customer I'd seek out other places In the near by area."

"I always come here because is the closest but honestly every time I come there is a problem with the machines and we don’t get our money back the person “in charge” just sleeps or gets mad when we ask for help. The number to “call” to get help doesn’t even work, is just there to pretend there’s someone to help…"

"As coin laundry places goes this is the one I choose. Parking is a big thing. You can enter from the front or back. Lots of spots. Chair to sit and rest. Sprouts and Dunkin Donuts are a few steps. Machines are working. Prices are about same as most places. Over all happy to use it."

"I feel absolutely sick to my stomach after visiting this place. We put what little money we had into the machine $7 for it to not wash our laundry at all. We asked the manager there if he can help us by restarting the machine or giving us a refund so we can place it maybe In another. He just said No. And that he wouldn't do either. He had some quarters in his hand and after getting Into a heated argument he relented and gave me $2 in quarters after about 1 hour of us standing there. We left almost empty handed. I know people will wonder y make a big fuss over some change, but that change was wat little I could scround up since falling on hard times like everyone else. I know people are struggling like us, and for that man to be so heartless and so rude to not even offer a solution made me sick. He refused to give us the owner Information as well."

"This is one of the best laundromats I have been to. Plenty of parking, clean, well-stocked vending machines, and other bonuses as well (water refill station, lottery scratch-off machine, massage chairs). The only downside is that I saw a few homeless people coming in and out and shaking one of the games they have that give change. No employees around to prevent this and deter them."
