Last week I ordered an arrangement of roses for a work event, and it looked terrific. Everyone kept saying how beautiful the arrangement looked. "I bought some flowers for my girlfriend for mothers day. They have 3 options. Standard,deluxe and premium. I choose the deluxe because it looked nicer but to my surprised they did the standard which look very cheap for the money I paid. I called them and told them that the flowers didn't look the same like the ones they display online. They refunded the difference but that was not the point. The point is that you choose something and paid for it and you expect quality. This is the last time I buy from them."
