"These coin laundry places are ridiculous in the area. They refuse to let you use the dryers unless you wash there as well. Then the attendee had the nerve to tell me that "they don't make anything letting people just dry", when I'm spending my money to use the dryer, obviously. These types of responses and illogical are not appropriate to maintain a business with customers."

"The lady working today had a bad attitude towards me first for asking for change for a $20. Next I needed a nickle for the change machine so I gave her 15 pennies and she made it an issue that they dont take pennies. Next when I came back to put my clothes in the dryer every basket has other people's personal laundry baskets in them. I asked her why is she letting them leave the baskets like that and she's like "you don't have to come her if you have a problem".... Management needs to retrain her on customer service skills. Normally she's nice but for some reason she definitely rude today. 11:34am Came back in dryer 20 I put 2 quarters for 22min and it's now 11:44 and the machine was stopped"
