"My husband and I come here all the time to wash our clothes today we come and one of the machines stops working this is the second time this has happened to us the lady that works here refunded us our money with no problem the first time this happens again today 07/5/2024 and the older lady calls the owner and she starts telling us that she isn’t going to refund us because we over stuffed her machine which is a lie we insisted that the owner Jackie come and look at the amount of clothes that we had in the machine she tells us that she’s in Hollywood at her other location and continues to say that she isn’t going to refund us after being on the phone with her going back and forth she finally says this is the only time that she will refund us but that we must not leave and wash here. We will never be back at this location! Be careful coming here and using there machines they will not refund you. I would give 0 stars if I could!"
"I went last Friday around 8 pm to this laundry and the working lady there was rushing me to do my laundry because she said the last load of clothes you can wash it was at 8:30 and she keep bugging me to rush drying my clothes ! I didn’t feel comfortable with this attitude this lady has by the way her name is Beatriz! Next time I rather go to another laundry !"

"Had to wash my clothes while on vacation so i used this laundrymat. The attendant was nice and kept it clean. Good price as well and the dryers work."
"The people working there are strange, one employee there was very extreemly generous, she's the first person ever to help me with the folding of my clothes, I told her multiple times i was ok but insisted in helping me she even grabbed my stuff straight out the dryers i knew something fishy was going on. I honestly don't know if I am missing any clothes but my whole experience there made me feel uncomfortable. I won't be going back to this place to do my laundry I don't recommend anyone to go there and if you really have to I suggest you bring enough help, because there's more than one person involved in the stealing or attempt to steal people stuff."
