"For the nightime staff I would give it a 5, they are great, nice, and helpful, even one time when I came a little later than the last wash time, however the woman in the morning is awful, so I averaged a 3. She is rude, doesn't turn on air or tv's and leaves for breakfast. We now can't use the restroom because of compliance issues but it seems as if she lets some people use it. She seems a bit prejudice towards certain customers, but when the owners come she pretends to be helpful to everyone. She complains and talks about people assuming other people don't understand or hear her. Other than that the prices are reasonable and I haven't had major issues."
"Had my clothes in the dryer for 48 minutes to only get them out still damp. Very disappointing. That combined with the fact the establishment is not particularly clean compared to others, and they’ve also raised prices quite a bit in the last year, is very unfortunate. Will have to look for a different place, I guess."

"I’ve been coming here for years now the workers are nice, however this new policy is just kind of unnecessary and shows how money hungry this business is, my home dryer is broken and they put a sign on door saying you only can dry if you wash their. I’m trying to save money but now I have to drive to another location even though this is right next door. You guys are losing quality customers by being money hungry for an extra 4 quarters to wash. Why do you need to wash just to dry? If I’m paying you money for the dryer. Makes no sense."
