"I had been a custom for over 10yrs ... I recently returned and have had the worst experience. It is sad to say that Blanca that has been there for may years now seems to be unhappy and rude to customers. She is either over worked or hates her job, with a negative attitude as soon as I want to check in my clothes for fluff and fold she quickly says (with a bad attitude) it's not gonna be ready I have too much to do. I understand stand it's my clothes but I don't drop it off for FREE and much less for attitude. Girl if you unhappy DONT show up to work ... stay HOME ! I really hate being negative usually if I receive bad service I move on and NEVER return and keep quite but today, she left me waiting for over 20 minutes ... and didn't even check in I had to leave ... came to check it in to another place that attended to me in less that 10 minutes... I fell bad for the owner .. but she will keep customers going to other places"

"The big machines don’t throw water in the soap section or the softener section . I told the attendant and they said to just pour a gallon of water in that section so the soap can go down but they were kind of rude about it . The softener also stays there from previous washes. This place used to be the best place to wash at when they opened but it has gone down since"

"Ive been a loyal customer since 2014, but just recently Im debating to take my business elsewhere. This weekend afternoon attendant is just Rude, not sure if he has a problem with me. Every weekend he has something to say. Last weekend he approached me really rude saying I couldnt put my clothes in the dryers because they “still had water”… which was not the case because the water trail was no where near me. Today he gives me a whole lecture on how my kids couldnt ask for the bathroom key, that I have to go ask even if Im taking them to the bathroom. As Im leaving he approaches me really rude and tells me they have a kids corner and they have a sign posted so to go ready it if my kids are going to play there and I was already leaving, plus my kids were there for less than 5 minutes didn’t make a mess and my brother was watching them. If he doesnt like working with people then he should consider something else."
