Wash And Fold

"Every time I visit, I notice that the restrooms frequently have an "Out of Order" sign, even though toilet, sink, and air dry they are often open and fully functional. I've taken photos and videos as evidence to counter any future claims that the restrooms are closed due to it being "out of order." It seems unfair that employees can use these restrooms while customers are denied access. The "Out of Order" sign should be removed to prevent confusion and ensure fair treatment for everyone"

"It opened early morning, and everything was so clean and fresh."

"Clean fast it's getting a little expensive and for some reason other customers put things on the folding tables to " reserve " a table while their clothes are still in the washer machine so often it's no where to fold your clothes"

"First of all let me tell you this Me and my family wash here on a regular daily basis We love the way the machines wash and the pricing is not bad But the other day my mom and brother experienced what was a really unprofessional boot out of the actual laundry site So my brother and mother where there to wash pretty late that day we were busy Fact is that we never have wash there in the later evening times Where it supoosably says that the last wash is at 9:30 So tell my why my mom and brother where getting kicked out but 11:00 and having some of there clothes there at that time presently still damped wet if you might say because they had already put them to dry but I’m guessing the people That are there to maintained the laundry facilitie weren’t trying to wait for my families clothes to properly dry they Turned of the lights on my mother and brother kicking them out My mom hurrying to put all of the clothes that didn’t dry into bags and trying to talk my brother into stepping out because they actually said to him that they would leave him lock in there too Wow my brother is a hot head and was refusing to leave without having dried his clothes properly but noooo the employees who were some couple that had a attitude kept rambling on to my mother telling her we don’t get paid after 11 o clock so that’s why they were asking them to leave out Parten by me saying this over all the machines have never failed to wash the clothes properly it’s some how I feel and this is my opinion that the dryer there don’t dry the clothes as well as other dryers in other facilities I get it maybe there old that seems not to much of a big deal oh and the owners know that so it’s pretty much that they turn a blind eye on that But to what I’m trying to get too is that due to that reason I’m guessing my families clothes didn’t dry up as fast as it normally can But overall for them to turn off the lights Sas and laugh at my family was utterly rude and I don’t ever unless I have to and have no other choice because it’s the nearest to my house go wash there I mean wow turn off the lights on an elderly woman who can trip and fall because she cannot see if it’s dark wow It was a Fat lady with glasses and her Fat husband"
