"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS HORRIBLE LOCATION!!!!! I brought in my new $140 dress directly from Nordstrom for a small alteration and when I got it back today the lace was completely burned and full of holes which it didn’t have in the first place. When I claimed that the lady working there ruined my dress, she told me she didn’t do anything and it was already like this. How could it be like this when I just bought it?? And my other skirt I brought in worth $300 was completely ruined and covered in stains that looked like oil. All my clothes were completely ruined. I brought another for an alteration and she cut off parts of the dress and added a T-shirt material to “expand” the dress and the fabric does not match at all and is completely noticeable. How come all 3 new items I brought were ruined? To make matters worse, a man walked out and yelled at me very much cursing me out. Horrible experience and horrible customer service. She now refuses to pay for my completely ruined clothing. If you value your clothing and time go literally anywhere else!"

"I believe I found my new cleaners. They were exceptional in service. I contacted them to get slacks dry cleaned within 4 hours for a wedding. I dropped my slacks off at 9 and picked them up at 1pm. My slacks were cleaned and pressed exceptionally. I recommend them if you're need of a cleaners in the Inglewood area."
