"I took my wedding dress and another dress there for alterations and cleaning. They did a good job on the cleaning. They were nice but they did a terrible job on the alterations. Nothing was done correctly with the alterations. They do not seem to be knowledgable about alterations more than a doing a basic hem, stitch, or button. Instead of them being upfront and honest about their capabilities, they strung me along charging a lot of money for work that I had to get fixed by another place. They added things onto the dress that I did not request and installed cheap replacement pads onto the dress. They did not alter the top of the dress correctly at all. This experience was very disappointing."
