"Used to be my go to cleaners, on a weekly basis. They do a good job except if something goes wrong. Finally, had enough after they ruined two shirts and lost another. And they weren’t willing to take any responsibility for any of it. Kept gaslighting me that they didn’t lose my wife’s shirt… No, “hey here’s a $20 credit” or “anything I can do to make things right”. Not worth the disappointment after being a loyal regular customer."

"I've always thought that they did just an "ok" job for the price as pressed shirts still typically require a bit of an iron after cleaning. However the last experience takes the cake, as a "this shirt has a stain tag" was left on a hangar with zero communication and we were still charged for cleaning. The stain is definitely from some cleaning process ( not from anything we did) and I just discovered it on a work trip 3000 miles away. I now need to buy a new shirt as this one appears permanently stained, wear a brightly stained shirt to a customer meeting tomorrow. and on top of it had to pay them to make a bunch of bright blue stains and not tell me about it. Time to find a new cleaner..."

"This place used to be my favorite place but recently they messed up a couple of my clothes not once but twice recently. They ruined my adidas outfit where the logo was faded away and my burgundy outfit messing up the zipper. With that said I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THAT PLACE EVER AGAIN!"
