"Terrible. They don't have hot water on purpose and the machines are dirty. They also charge the same price for not having hot water. Absolute greed and no shame."

"Ive been using this laundry room for several years, 1-2 times a week.This place USED to be clean and organized. Now it is filthy, and stinks. There is supposedly a guy working nights to keep it clean but when I come in early morning he is sleeping in his car or in the back room and the laundromat is disgusting. Dirty doors and handles are sticky Homeless sleep on benches or on the folding tables or on the floor covered with urine and other leaking bodily fluids. Laundry machines dirty inside and out and stink inside with trash and hair. Last time I was there 3 days ago, a lady brought several big bags and containers of laundry, spread the clothes all over the entire alley floor segregating them, between 2 rows of washing machines that you couldn't walk by or use the machine. I left that morning without doing laundry. I'm willing to pay more elsewhere where the owner actually gives a d...n about his business. Not going there again. Filthy, stinky, messy."

"Washers charge you extra to wash with hot water and the wash is cold the rinse is hot. The dumb ssses don’t know how to plug the hot water and cold water lines in the washers properly. The attendant didn’t even attempt to make it right! Never coming back. I suggest you find a different laundromat!"

"I've been going here for a long time. Recently I have noticed more and more people coming in that appear to be running a laundry service of their own taking up the majority of the machines, having 3-4 people working on the enormous amount of laundry they have with them. Leaving a couple items in the good dryers to hold for their next batch of wet clothes, etc. Parking situation now is a totally different story. Guess it's time to find a new place. ***UPDATE*** Just want to give a shout out to the remodeled/refurbished Laundromat I found. It's BIG WAVES LAUNDROMAT - Mar Vista. It's on the corner of Grand View and Pacific Ave. just South of Venice Blvd. They have brand new state of the art washers and dryers. Has 2 ATM's, a few change machine for quarters, nice size parking lot and someone staffed at all times. It may end up costing a few more quarters but well worth it. In an area where there are places to visit (Post Office, take out food and I know on Venice Blvd there are more places to pass the time). Check it out. Right now their still waiting on more benches and if they haven't ordered any tables, they have a nice area out front they could put some seating outdoors for their customers."

"My washing machine #18 rinsed my clothes with fabric softener AND MAIN DETERGENT at the same time!!!, because the machine does’t work properly and didn’t use the main detergent during the main wash. Thanks god I saw that with my eyes. In another case I would wear my clothes soaked in detergent and bleach. So I had to rinse it again in the other machine. I was running 10 circles after the lady at premises for half an hour to solve my problem. She absolutely didn’t pay attention to me and tried to get rid of me. When I asked her to start the second machine for free because I wasn’t going to pay again, she refused. She sad it is not her laundry and she is not the owner and she didn’t care. I tried to change the money in change machine but all 3 don’t work: 2 are out of service and 1 doesn’t want to accept the bills. 4 different persons tried to put different bills and it didn’t work out. Thanks to one of the customers who helped me with change. I asked the lady to put a note that machine #18 doesn’t work, but she wasn’t really in a hurry to do that, so I put the label myself, so nobody will get it to trouble again and waste 40 minutes. She doesn’t care about anything or anybody or any problems with equipment here. And I’m late to my job because I had to spend 40 minute more to wash and rinse my clothes properly. Thank you guys! “Great” way of doing business. PS. The main point is not in the machine issues, but how it was “solved”. The lady is absolutely ignorant here."
