"This place was remodeled 1+ years ago. It was a bit more expensive, but new and maintained washers and dryers made it worth it and the extra mileage to come here. Today, a handful of washers were broken, or didn’t have water. The staff was apathetic towards request for help, and in fact the main worker lady running the place had a snotty attitude when requests for help or assistance were asked of her. I had a set of expensive sheets ruined today because of the metal in dryer having a sharp spot. I tried to point out to worker as she had a lull in helping another customer. Instead of listening to me and looking at the dryer - she said, “We know about the needle that is stuck!” Well, that wasn’t the dryer I was questioning and her snaps back at me very poor customer service. I had been patiently waiting my turn to talk to her. She then said I had to wait to talk to the machine repair guy. Which I did. Showed him the holes in my sheets. She nor the man offered even a simple apology. Which I just did all the laundry in my house and spent nearly $80 doing so here today. I could have accepted an apology. Things happen. But with rude and uncaring employees - I don’t know I will come back to this location. I’d rather take my chances somewhere else for half the cost."

"I usually go to the location off Palms Blvd. I decided to stop by here since I was driving by to get change and then proceed to the Palms location. Upon entering the staff was unfriendly and didn't greet me just stared at me. I proceeded to the change machine and attempted to use it but the machine would not take my cash. I asked the nearest staff member and she attempted to assist but stepped away to go turn on the change machine. Upon returning the staff spoke to her in Spanish not knowing I speak Spanish. she informed her to tell me the machine is out of order because it's only for customers. I asked where why would you tell the employee to tell me it's out of order when you explained to her to tell me it's out of order since it's for customers only. I express I go to the Palms location and deal with Maria who I do fold and wash service with all the time. This Laundry room company has exemplified piss poor customer service more than once and I'm highly disappointed with the mediocrity I keep dealing with you. I feel this behavior speaks to the leadership so be aware when going here"

"Visiting Beverly Hills @ springtime & had to find a laundromat…. #thelaundryroom in Culver City on Siri is the place to be. Ms. Valarie was so gracious to assist us with our machines… The place is very clean and organized!!! Plenty of carts & machines to go around! Everyone there was pleasant!"
