"We moved in the neighborhood recently so i figured i will give them a try. Been there a total of 3 times but it seems like there is always a problem. items are not cleaned well. stains appear that were not there before. I know that all items cant be cleaned but the biggest issue is the attitude of the employees and the owner. they just don't care and nothing is their fault. during my last visit i took them two brand new shirts, never worn, to be pressed for an event. both came back with a discoloration stain. Again, not their fault. stay away from them.. they will ruin your cloths."

"Rude and not professional! Destroying clothes. I gave them jacket for dry cleaning and when I got it back I saw dry lines from water leaked on the sleeves ! It’s suppose to be a dry cleaning but they washed it and leave marks. They takes no responsibility! Inspect your cloth when you pick it up if you really want to take it to them. But recommend you go somewhere else . There is so many good dry cleaning places."

"I don’t come here often as I have my to go to dry cleaners and tailors but the Mexican guy that works here is sometimes in a bad mood when it comes to tailoring he doesn’t want to get anything done for you it’s always like those pants are a great length when I know there not cause I am short he doesn’t seem very happy and friendly at all. I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you really need to but I don’t go anymore I would recommend cinema dry cleaners in Culver City it’s a great place and the staff are excellent! You won’t be disappointed!"
