"Looks like they replaced all their horrible old broken expensive machines, but these new machines are even more expensive, and don't work well. Laundry came out dripping soapy water. The soap vending machine took our money twice! We want our money back! There's no one on hand to help, no number to call. It's time to find another laundromat."
"Ive been to this place a couple times and i can firmly say i am far from impressed. I went home one day to find that there was still soap on my towels and dirt on my pants from the washer not washing them fully. Speaking of the washers on one occasion my washer refused to drain and i had to hand pick all of my clothes out of the machine, wring them out and put them into another machine by hand. There were no workers in the facility or any numbers to call for assistance. The dryers work fine, but thats kind of the bare minimum of expectations for a laundromat. Ive also noticed who i can assume to be the owners waltzing around without masks during a global pandemic multiple times. Save your money and go somehwere else. (Edit) after looking through the other reviews i noticed that the owners seemingly only reply to positive reviews or blame people for the problems the experienced. Terrible customer service. definitely go to another place if possible"
