"I have been going to this landormats for over 3 years never have I had a problem but yesterday was the worst consumer service experience by far the lady working had a nother woman helping her who does not even work at the landormat with the worst attitude I have been there twice to discuss this with the management with no luck even providing my contact information and to show the management a video I was able obtain with the rude service his staffs help provided. Working in consumer service is not for everyone but when you have someone helping your staff who is not even on the payroll being rude is very bad for business and the worst part this represents your business. By far very disappointed in the service"
"I LOVE LOVE this laundromat. I have been doing my laundry here for two years and have never had any bad experiences. It’s always super clean and the ladies who work here are amazing. They are always super nice and are always around Incase something is needed and they keep the place super clean. As a female I also feel very comfortable and safe at this laundromat."
"Great service, good hours and nice location, close to everything. The Owner takes care of his customers and makes sure there are no problems in his laundromat. Other laundromats in the city have the homeless, drug attics and gang members hanging out inside and all kinds of problems where the police have to be called. I feel safe doing my laundry at this laundromat."
"The people that work there are genuinely nice but be careful washing your whites. I had a whole bunch of Hanes and white airline uniform thrown together in one machine. When dried, they ALL had yellow stains :-( They need to do a more thorough cleaning of the drums."
