"Heidi and Brian were absolutely amazing! They answered all of our questions and helped us plan everything. They provided us with a lot of amazing recommendations for hair and make-up, flowers, restaurants, etc. I was nervous trying to plan from out of town and they made it as easy and seamless as possible. Brian sent us a list of beautiful locations to choose from for the ceremony and he included detailed directions and information about each. Brian performed a beautiful ceremony and made sure we understood all of the next steps for the license. Heidi was amazing with the pictures! She made us and our families feel very comfortable. She even took my now husband and I to a second location for more pictures after the ceremony. If you want a small wedding in the Monterey area I highly recommend Brian and Heidi. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thank you for helping us have the wedding of our dreams."

"Heidi and Brian were incredible to work with. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. As a laid-back and introverted person, I had no idea where to start with planning our wedding. I wanted to handle it myself instead of hire a wedding planner, and share our joy with family and friends, but I was overwhelmed. My only clear vision was a beach wedding because I’ve always loved the water. We didn't want anything flashy or expensive, just a small, intimate ceremony with beautiful photos to pass on to our future children. Finding Brian and Heidi was a stroke of luck. They were a dream to work with—responsive even while on vacation and incredibly organized. Despite my nerves, I always felt reassured by their experience and kindness. I must have asked a million questions, but they were always patient and generous with their advice. In the end, everything went perfectly. We couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. "Brian is incredibly knowledgable, so helpful, great with communication and an all around professional. In addition to helping us plan all the details (venue, flowers, location changes, cake, wedding certificate, etc), Brian also served as our wedding officiant and kept the ceremony short but perfectly sweet all while making us feel so comfortable and calm. Brian is so kind and really made us feel like he cared about us and our day every step of the way. Heidi, Brian's wife served as our wedding photographer and was a true pleasure to work with. She was so accommodating to all of our family photo requests, super fun to be around, made us feel so comfortable (and cute!), and had such an amazing eye. The photos are beautiful and we are so appreciative of the extra time and care she took to get such gorgeous shots. Another big shout out to Heidi's assistant Ashley for her help and kindness as well. A separate note, we had originally planned a beach ceremony in Carmel but due to bad weather had to change locations to an indoor venue last minute. Brian was so helpful in suggesting new options for us and was really flexible and accommodating when we found our new location. He and Heidi were more than happy to rearrange the schedule to make everything work and it made us feel so much less stressed knowing that they were in our corner and ready to work with us wherever. Please know that you are in great hands with this couple! We are so grateful to them for making the whole process so easy and for making the day so fun and special. "Weddings in Monterey made our dreams come true! Brian, the officiant, was such a pleasure to work with. He answered any and all of our questions in a timely fashion. Everything was so clear and explained so well. We drove 5 hours to get married in Monterey, and it was as if we knew him the whole time. We had a very small intimate ceremony on Roberts Beach and it simply couldn't have been any better. Heidi, Brian's wife, was our photographer, and if our wedding photos aren't of dream material, I don't know what is. There isn't anything we would have changed. I thank both Brian and Heidi from the bottom of my heart for being such a huge part of our special day. Without them, it wouldn't have happened. I got to marry my best friend, with our closest family, barefoot in the sand with the waves crashing behind us. We had the best officiant and photographer. My 5 year old little girl self's wedding dream came true thanks to Weddings In Monterey!"
