"WARNING: Tree may be infested with bugs, not visible until you water. I have had my tree a few days and tonight after watering I noticed HUNDREDS of ants and some spiders come out of the base.\Moved the tree outside for tonight and emailed the company. I understand this may only be the case for some of the trees, so if they respond timely to take care of this, I'll update my review. Other than the bugs, the experience has been awesome so far. **UPDATE*** Monica came the following morning, helped remove the lights, and offered us a replacement tree. We decided not to go with the replacement tree, as it was not very full (not really their fault 3 days before Christmas). I was issued a refund for the tree, but not for the lights/time/ant traps I had to buy after. I probably will not be giving this another try, but encourage others to if you lean more towards eco-friendly options, and don't care much about the bug risk or risk of not getting a full tree (I was fine with that until the bugs)."
