"This is the 3rd time to come here to charge my car and to find the workers parked at all the chargers, but ONLY One of them is plugged in. I have to park in the NO PARKING just to reach the nearest plug. I've been told when I was getting my car worked on that I can charge here."
"Coby in sales was super easy to work with, and went the extra mile to show me all the options on two different vehicles I was interested in. When I decided a Frontier was what I really wanted, he worked with financing to make it happen. I’ve always had similar experiences with GSN service department as well. Just really top notch. I can’t imagine buying a car anywhere else. The whole team really took the effort to get me the best deal on the truck I really wanted."
"I went there for a routine maintenance. I arrived around 8:05a & dropped off my car to the staff. I decided to wait there until the work completed. The staff who was helping me didn’t provide me any updates while I was waiting there. I saw many people who arrived before me or after me all left but I was still waiting. By that time, it was almost 10am in the morning & I am still waiting there not getting any updates from the staff. Since I have been waited for 2 hours, I decided to ask the staff when will my car be ready. The staff said he would check for me. 20 minutes later, he finally come up to me & said my car was finished & they just need to wash my car. The staff didn’t give me any details or explain why the maintenance took more than 2 hours. I was told my car would be ready in couple minutes. So, I waited there and hoping I can left and rush to my work after that. However, I waited for another 20 minutes & still my car not ready. Meanwhile I was waiting, no updates being provided. At 10:30am, I was finally able to get my car back & left around 10:40am because the exit was blocked by some other cars waiting in line for maintenance. Overall, that was a terrible experience because I waited more than 2 and half hours there. No updates or information being provided while I was waiting. The guy who was assisting me seemed not really care about his customers. Since I purchased the prepaid maintenance plan with you guys, I would have to go back to your place for maintenance in the future. I am hoping not being assisted with the same guy. He didn’t care customers and didn’t want to explain the details and just allowed customers to wait like forever. Very disappointed with the service I received this time."
"I felt an overwhelming sense that I was being targeted to fleece me of as much money out of me as possible. First, I was informed that I needed thousands of dollars of work done if I approved recommendations. Next, when I returned to pick up my car I felt I was being held hostage to buy a new car. I understand sales but it was just too aggressive. Also, when I have had previous work done here my car is washed and vacuumed when I pick it up. It was very disappointing that my car wasn’t cleaned this time. The energy felt very different there than the last time I had my car worked on there. Is there new management? Do better."
