During the initial test drive of similar model, Nicholas was knowledgeable and provided honest opinions on the different NX 350H Basic/Premium features based on past customer feedback. Such input definitely helped us better analyze the pricing tradeoffs. Although there was a couple of days delay in the car delivery to the dealership location, Nicholas made sure the service on the day of our car pickup was smooth and also reiterated the different features including setting up the Lexus mobile app. For the final add ons of financing terms, servicing, GAP coverage, etc. we were assisted by Gustavo. I was impressed with how Lexus finance team worked seamlessly in the background with the credit union that I received the loan approval from. "This guys are tryin to scam me, they are selling me a certificate car with a hole in the rear bumper and crashed in the front.. also with dings and some damages.... the certificate says the car is in perfect condition but it doesn't .... the seller don't want to accept it even seeing it and says that I bought a used car and it supposed to be with some damages even being a certificate car. I just had the car for some hours and the difference between the certificate and the odometer is 200 miles.. Brakes started to make noises... they say they it can be fixed but I don't want a crashed car selling to me like a certificate car ....gonna need help... I want my traded car back and my down payment back also... I never thought I can be scammed by a Lexus dealer Update 18 day ago Serramonte Lexus returned to me my trade in car and cancel my purchase. This is the time that they don't return my $ 6,500 down payment and nobody wants to give any information about it. Tomorrow I will have to take legal action against this company. It's a shame that unscrupulous sellers leave the good name of Lexus on the floor."
