After the awful experience I had at Fremont Ford when I purchased my Bronco, I swore I would never step foot on their property again. My visit to Putnam Ford of San Mateo for an oil change was equally disappointing, with them trying to charge me nearly $300 for service on my new Bronco with just 5,000 miles.
