"I went a few days ago and i had seen this. So i let the employee. They acted like its normal from the ice. Um no this is not normal. I went back to get some snacks and the still there they have not cleaned it. Are they waiting for a law suit to clean it or what"

"Huge 7-11 fan go to it multiple times in the same to get my big gulp cup full but today I was disappointed in the cleanliness and customer service. I told them there soda machine was dirty and to please clean it. Had mold can tell they haven’t cleaned. Only what customers can see the employee clearly don’t care about sanitation and there customers"

"For those too good to go fans, be warned. By paying $10 to get $30 of near expired foods as a big surprise late at night... The actual price tags on those sandwiches and junk, 4 total, totalled less than $20. I've got more foods cooked fresh too good to go by paying $5. Yes half the price of that 7 Eleven. And worth the original price of $15 restaurant food. So that's really my surprise bag from 7-eleven. Not worth the value literally, per my calculator."

"The employee was screaming at me and customers in front of me and then denied me service because I wouldn't react to her screaming. Employees need to be professional when on the clock..... you are paid to be kind.... I am not sure what is going on with this store but it is sad that I am beating cancer and MS and am afraid to go back to that store and I can finally walk there by myself after fighting for independence and I get yelled at to where 4 customers assisted me and my up right walking device safely out of the store and then thru kindly let me know of a better store to get my sour cherry candy that chemo makes me crave. I will never spend another dollar at 7-11!!"

"Not friendly at all. My husband went there on 7/11 day with kids to get free Slurpee and the owner told him that he has to pay for his Slurpee on 7/11 day when you are suppose to get it for free. luckily he had free Slurpee coupon that he used. When he used the coupon owner was questioning him that where he got the coupon from and he was not suppose to get that. He informed the owner that it doesn't matter that where he got the coupon from, it is a coupon and he can use it. The employee who was nice had to correct the owner. Employees friendly and the owner to at all. so no star, but this survey won't let me choose no star."
