Rainbow Star Thrift Store 2745 West Shaw Avenue, Fresno, CA 93705

"Was there with my daughter just looking around. We walked in and heard some lady behind a register say hello but couldn’t see anyone because of all the clutter. The store was very, very hot and it smelled funky. My daughter liked a shirt and went to go ask for the price I don’t know if it was the heat in there but the lady very rudely told her it was $10. After that she wanted to leave and we tried to open the front door only to see that it was stuck due to some picture frames she had right by the door . We had to move some so we can get out and as we we’re getting in the car this lady comes out looking at us like we stole her whole entire merchandise from the store. She was really upset I told her we didn’t take anything and explained to her we were moving the frames to get out. She said nothing to me just kept looking at us with her attitude. Very, very rude. Store looks nothing like pictures(shocker) it’s very dirty and can barely walk around. It’s an accident waiting to happen."

"I have have been to this store about twice in the last 3 years and each time it's a nightmare the women is mean and rude she kept giving my husband ugly looks . And she was not friendly when I walked in to the store every thing has no price on it and she kept telling me different prices on things made no sense I finally get to the register and she told me my total bwas $19 for 2PAIRS OF SHOES AND 4 LITTLE MISCOLANIS TOY'S that were pretty beat up I would have put them back but my toddler really wanted them. save your money go to a different thrift store I will never come back again!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I’ve been to this thirst store about 4-5 times. Every time ive purchased something. And every time I’ve visited the lady who is always there I’m assuming she owns it. She is so rude, dry, bothered by me. Most of the item do not have prices and when I ask her for one she tells me some outrages a mouth for the simplest items. This last time which is about 4 days ago she was extremely rude. I was looking at the wallet and she came over to me and just stood there and watched me. She tried to accuse me of stealing my own wallet from her that I was holding. She then called her son to come to the store because “I was giving her trouble” I continue to shop just so I can wait till her son gets there to explain to him, I was not giving her any trouble and I caused her no harm. He was very polite and gave me good customer service as he summed up my total. While she stood there staring at me. I said to him before I left. I don’t think she’s likes me very much. He asked why? I said, I think it’s because I’m gay.. The son look sympathetic. Long story short I won’t be going back."

"Love this store! Went in today and bought three pairs of Vans that were in great condition for my kids and I got them at a really good price. Every time I come I find something nice. Also, I think the owner is really nice. She’s always been polite and friendly to me so I don’t know what these people are talking about. Definitely recommend!"
