"Ordered via Doordash - got the Small Mob Plate with chicken, candied yams and Tasha's slaw. SUPER impressed, big portions, fresh, quality ingredients, well prepared - "chicken" was juicy and tender and full of that good fried chicken flavor, slaw was creamy and mellow, and I'm not usually a huge fan of candied yams but I gobbled up the whole very large serving, they were excellent! Really, really good soul food, some of the best vegan fare in town. Looking forward to exploring the menu!"

"Wanted to like this. Love the pop up atmosphere. But the food was….. The greens were so salty I couldn’t eat more than a bite. The “chicken” was mushy and breading didn’t taste like I expected (ideally crispy kfc style seasoning), rib tips were nicely crispy but tasted too much duck fat. As a vegan, I couldn’t shake the feeling, with every bite, of eating animal fat. Not sure what oil they cook them in but I’m sketched out by it. Fries were good. Glad I tried it but sorry, I won’t be back."
"This is a great vegan food truck with impressive plant-based versions of soul food! We got the combo platter which came with 3 proteins and 4 sides. We chose fried chicken, links and rib tips for our proteins, and spaghetti, fries, mac and cheese and candied yams for the sides. The proteins had quite a convincing meat-like textures and everything was delicious."
