I spent some time at the showroom and decided to spend more money to go with all brass and discussed that I specifically wanted to limit hassle and have high quality. Unfortunately the faucet from Newport Brass was a lemon and my plumber spent 2 hours of labor installing, taking it out, trouble shooting, re installing new one, taking in and out the other stuff. They sent a new one that is functioning but the worst part is that I have been trying for 2 weeks for Ferguson's to have Newport Brass pay for the plumber or discount the product by that cost. I have called and emailed about 7 times. Today yet again I was promised by Shantee, a call back from the supervisor Tonya,-- I just called and they are closed. No call back. No call back last week either. I have paid the plumber. I think I will go Amazon next time. I will never shop here again."
