"Fantastic Food! The chef's selection of sashimi was melt in your mouth delicious and highlighted how fresh their fish is. They have a house pickled wasabi that is a must try! Negi Toro and Dragon rolls were great and they have some interesting vegetarian rolls as well. The staff was friendly but a little slow and forgot to mention the specials but I think that was just the kink of a newer restaurant. Overall loved it and would definitely come back."

"Wonderful quality fish and very attentive service. The sushi chef and owner came to check on everyone a few times. The red bean mochi was some of the best I've had. The Korean fried chicken is crunchy and very tasty! Lovely gem, must visit!"

"I’m a local in Crested Butte and we had dinner there last night. They just opened. I’m Vegan and Gluten Free, my son is not. Chef Paul is so sweet! He is from Korea and his partner Shawn has been rolling sushi in CB for years. I had the silken tofu, the Harvest Roll and the AAA Roll they were all were fantastic! My son had potstickers and a few rolls and loved everything that Chef Paul Suggested. Good Luck Guys!! Can’t wait to go back!!"
