"What a waste of time, my friend is looking for a wedding gown and we had planned to go today and had an appointment for 4:30. we were running about ten minutes late and my friend texted her letting her know. as this is an hour drive for both of us, we had requested time off to be there before the end of the day. around 4:16 my friend got a text that they had to close due to staff having covid. it’s honestly absurd that they could not continue to operate or let us know sooner that they would close so we did not have to rush over through rush hour traffic. as someone who has been through the stressful process of buying a wedding dress and meeting timelines, this is very unprofessional behavior and i wont be supporting it. dont waste your time :)"

"Wow. I wish I could give 0 stars because I never even made it into the store. When I found this place it seemed too good to be true with the prices they offered & I was unfortunately correct. My 1st red flag should have been that you text someone’s personal phone to schedule an appointment (I am not hiding the phone number because it is listed publicly on the website), but given the prices I thought odd, but no big deal. I was scheduled for a 4:30pm appointment today & was bringing 1 other person. At 3:40pm I sent a text letting them know we were on our way but may be a few minutes late (4:40 latest) & to please let me know if this is an issue. Well at 4:16pm, 14 mins before my appointment time - mind you I also had to use PTO to leave my job early & drove an HOUR as did my friend to meet me - I receive a text that their employee has Covid & they need to close for the day. First of all I’ve never heard such a ridiculous excuse - your shop has to close because 1 person is sick? Second, there was no offer whatsoever to reschedule or in any way make up for their lack of notice & professionalism. I would have loved to shop somewhere with such reasonable prices but after that experience I refuse to waste my time again & will not give these people a cent. I would rather spend more money to go somewhere that is not completely unreliable & unprofessional."

We had appointments at other places but canceled them because we found the perfect dress there. Prices are amazing! I would highly recommend this bridal shop."
