"Its pastries are shiny as if someone has put lip gloss on them; the pastries look puckered and puffed up as if they had a surgical tuck and lift. They are fake and I pay them with fake dollars . Instead of coming here , Pls head to nearby Macy’s wine bar and get the same and even better views!"

"One satsuma cake pastry, one chai latte, and one oat milk latte came out to $35. I mean, I get it, but that is just stupid, especially when the pastry was just okay. Very pretty, but very very mild on flavor. It was mostly plain cream, a little plain white cake, and a nice satsuma jam filling. The white chocolate coating was just sweet, no citrus flavor. I'm glad I tried it, mostly to get rid of the feeling that I was missing out (who has time to go all the way downtown these days), but I would not get it again. The one thing I will say is it's well staffed, and even though there was a long line it moved quickly. No vegan options."

"The staff was so friendly and the food options were beautifully displayed. Wish I could have tried every side. Everything looked amazing. I ordered the half rotisserie chicken and it’s enough for two meals for me with the perfectly roasted potatoes. The pesto was a pleasant surprise and perfect for dipping the potatoes. The chicken was amazingly moist and delicious, perfectly seasoned and cooked."
