"Showed up at their shop. Man, best prices in town and so quick to help me. I brought my own key they cut and programmed it . Dirt cheap. Awesome shop. Good people."
"This place is trash. They have a sign outside that says they're open 24 hours. They're not. They have a phone number that they don't answer. Goes straight to voicemail. The sign on the door says they're open Monday through Friday 9 AM to whatever. Today is Friday. It's 9:34 AM and they're not open. The customer service here is terrible. I came in with a key that needed a battery. When I walked inside, the guy was on the phone. He did not acknowledge me. 4 minutes, I stood there, waiting for him to finish his call. When he finally finished his call he did not say hello, all he did was hold his hand out, which I assumed meant he wanted the key I was holding in my hand. I gave him the key which he then proceeded to pry open with a pocket knife even though my key has a button on the side to access the battery compartment. When he gave me the key back it didn't work. Why? Because he had put the battery in upside down. When I took the key back and told him it didn't work, he blamed me and told me that I gave him a bad key fob. So, he opened it again, this time correctly. Flipped the battery over. No, "sorry", no, "my bad" no "oops". He just slid the key back to me and said "try it now". Can this place duplicate your key, cut a key, yep. Can they answer their phone, open on time or treat a paying customer with the respect they deserve? Nope. Their positve reviews are probably paid for. I posted 2 photos. The first photo shows their hours on the door. The second photo shows what time I was there. They are not open. Today is Friday. This is like this every day."
"Friendly and very helpful owner Reasonable prices"
"I followed up three times requesting for work to be done. Gave no little to little response. Very unreliable service. As a business owner this is poor customer service. I would highly recommend giving your business to a more driven company/individual."
"Very helpful people at his business.. professional results and very reasonable prices... When ever I'm in trouble I don't hesitate to give Joe a call and he responds quick!!"
